I´m Sofie Soulshyne. I am a certified Living & Raw food chef and recipe developer. I am a dedicated vegan and plant-food lover since last 15 years. I’m the founder of one of the first raw food restaurants in copenhagen " The Raw Tribe" and now “Raw Love Cakes” - a rawfood cake brand with super delicious and healthy raw food cakes & desserts.
